In addition to coaching, I serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs, executive teams, and People/HR leaders. Leveraging decades of operational experience in leadership development, organizational design, and People strategy, I work closely with executives to implement systems and frameworks that support their leadership vision. My consultative approach ensures that the People function is aligned with business goals and designed to drive performance, engagement, and growth.

Why Me

With 30 years of experience leading People teams in tech companies, I’ve been embedded in organizations across all stages of growth and evolution. I’ve guided leaders at various points in their journeys - and been one of those leaders myself. This unique perspective allows me to empathize deeply with the challenges and opportunities executives face, while using pattern recognition and proven executive coaching methodologies to help them navigate their own paths to success.
